• If you have filled out the Contact Information form on the Contact Us page, you may have chosen to receive occasional update emails when new shows are scheduled or new items have been added to the Galleries.
• An option to unsubscribe will always be presented.
• Your contact information will not be shared with anyone.

Financial Information

• No Credit Card or other financial information will be stored by our site.
• All on-line transactions are routed through PayPal Secure Servers.
• PayPal does not share your credit card information with us.
• If payment is made through a Gallery or other exhibition space, your financial information is not shared with us.

Certificates of Authenticity

• Certificates may be issued at time of sale for Limited Edition Prints.
• Records of these Certificates will be retained by the Artist in both paper and electronic form.
• Confirmation that a Certificate was issued to a particular buyer may be obtained from the Artist. Released information will be restricted to:
  • Name of Buyer
  • Name of Image
  • Date Issued
  
  
• If more detailed information is required, it will be released only with the written permission of the Buyer.

Other Issues

• Page visit statistics are tracked by Google-Analytics. This does not include information that could identify the viewer.
